Little Roots: Preschooler & Caregiver
Little Roots is a caregiver-and-child therapy group for ages 3–5 that builds emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence through play. Designed for young children with autism, ADHD, developmental differences, or big feelings, each session includes songs, movement, games, art, stories, and guided play using the Zones of Regulation® framework. Caregivers participate alongside their child, learning practical strategies they can use at home. In our warm, neurodiversity-affirming environment, families build skills, strengthen connections, and celebrate each child's unique strengths together.

Level Up: Tabletop Adventure Social Skills Group
Level Up is a series of therapeutic tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) groups for children, teens, and young adults. Using family-friendly role-playing games inspired by Dungeons & Dragons, participants build social confidence while practicing communication, teamwork, flexible thinking, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and self-advocacy. Groups are organized by age and developmental level to create a supportive, engaging experience. Led by experienced clinicians in a neurodiversity-affirming environment, each adventure helps participants strengthen real-world social skills while having fun, making friends, and working together to achieve shared goals.

Game Night: Teen Social Skills Group
Game Night is a therapeutic social skills group for teens that uses cooperative board games, party games, and video games to build confidence, friendships, and real-world social skills in a fun, low-pressure environment. Participants practice communication, teamwork, flexible thinking, emotional regulation, sportsmanship, and problem-solving while engaging in games they genuinely enjoy. Led by experienced clinicians in a neurodiversity-affirming setting, Game Night is designed for teens with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences who are looking to connect with peers, have fun, and strengthen social confidence.
