Healing begins by bringing gentle awareness to these inner wounds and working with them in a safe, compassionate way.

I use a holistic, client-centered approach that weaves together EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and more. By gently processing trauma stored in the body, I help clients shift stuck subconscious patterns and move toward clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
