I enjoy working with clients struggling with addiction, trauma, depression/anxiety, life transitions, codependency, and relationship concerns. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART), which aims to help clients process distressing events and the negative sensations that come with it. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all gender identities, sexualities, and presentations into my office.
I am here to provide you with a safe, judgement-free environment to grow and improve. I utilize a humanistic/person-centered approach and strive to understand intersecting identities. I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have a gentle and warm approach, while also aiming to challenge you in a healthy manner to allow for self-reflection and growth.
