I love working with nervous system regulation, coping with stress, identity exploration, and family dynamics. I emphasize radical self-compassion, regulation, stress management, and values orientation. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive and liberation ethics.
I believe strongly in compassion based, bottom up processing that meets each client where they are at that day. I practice from from a client centered, values based lens and I pull from from Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and others.
I have specific training and interest in working with both gestational and non-gestational parents, queer people, autistic adults, and clients struggling with sensory processing.
