Welcome! I am here to create a warm and nonjudgemental space to share and explore your experiences. Your spirituality, creativity and cultural practices are welcome in session, centering your perspective, interests and passions.
I am a psychotherapist at Love and Kindness Wellness Services in Flatbush, Brooklyn. I specialize in treating C-PTSD, depression and anxiety. My services come in many forms, including individual sessions, groups, and couples work. Upcoming groups include a queer-focused monthly circle and a 7 session series on codependency.
The adults and teens I work with tend to find increased connection between their mind, emotions and body. I utilize my training in Indigenous Tools for Living (ITFL), DBT skills, and psychodynamics to address generational & systemic trauma. We will gently explore past experiences, the present moment, future dreams and where the three overlap.
Each emotion that comes up will be greeted with curiosity. Welcoming tears, laughter, anger in session.
