I work with individual clients ages 14 and up experiencing intense emotions, relationship difficulties, stress (including parenting stress), and more. I also enjoy working with neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ people, people who have experienced trauma.
I provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) focused on building up mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to support competency in all areas of life. I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which focuses on processing adverse or traumatic experiences.
I am passionate about helping my clients create the lives they hope for by learning and using new skills and engaging in a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I fully believe that all people are capable of reaching their goals, and I'm here to help them do it.
