Anxiety and depression can show up differently across stages of life, but they often leave people feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of themselves. Younger clients may find school frustrating, friendships difficult, or emotions too big to manage. Teens often struggle with self-doubt, peer pressure, and a desire to belong, while adults may notice these challenges affecting work, relationships, and their sense of purpose. I work primarily with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety and depression. Therapy begins by building rapport and exploring background, past experiences, and core values. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gestalt to support emotional awareness, communication, coping skills, and trauma processing.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space grounded in respect and compassion, where clients feel seen and heard.
