Families often seek therapy during periods of uncertainty, when everyday routines become increasingly difficult or a child no longer seems like themselves. My goal is to provide a calm, collaborative space where children feel understood and parents feel supported, and the path forward becomes clearer.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in treatment of young children, school-age children, pre-teens and their families. I provide thoughtful, individualized care for concerns including anxiety, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, school-related challenges, social difficulties, and family transitions.
My work is guided by developmental science, evidenced-based practice, and a deep respect for a child's unique temperament and strengths. Treatment is tailored to each family's goals and draws from CBT, PCIT, SPACE, play therapy, DBT-informed interventions and parent coaching tools.
Parenting and family life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming. I offer a compassionate and supportive space to help you find a path forward for your child and your family. If you are looking for support, please reach out- I'd be happy to connect.
