About
People seek out therapy for different reasons, & I believe it's ultimately because of a desire to live at their highest potential. Life is a journey filled with experiences that can impact us in both good & bad ways; sometimes leaving us to decide if we are living a life full of joy, peace, love, purpose, or personal meaning.
As a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor & Clinical Trauma Professional, my specialties include assisting individuals, couples, & families to have better relationships, & healing from mental health issues, addictions, life stress, & trauma. I enjoy working with clients in a safe space that allows them to be who they are with no judgement.
Seeking help is a sign of strength, & I am honored to support you however I can. I look forward to getting to know more about you & working with you to become who you desire to be.
