I approach counseling from a client-centered, multicultural, and liberation-focused perspective. That means I see you as the expert on your own life, as well as the bigger picture. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not just personal- it's also relational and collective.

My background includes over a decade of yoga study, comprehensive sexuality education, and several years as a homebirth midwife assistant and birth, abortion, and postpartum doula.
I'm a white, queer, mad, rural, first-generation person, and I practice on Nəxʷsƛ̕áy̕əm̕ (S'Klallam) and Aqokúlo (Chemakum) land.
