I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults who are challenged with life adjustments/transitions, anxiety, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, self-esteem, and depression. I offer morning and afternoon appointments in-office and telehealth. As a therapist, I value and honor creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and authentic space to hold and process change and growth. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy; however, at the core, I utilize Person-Centered Therapy.
I have on-going experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are challenged with anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, emotional distress, life-transitions, postpartum anxiety and depression, self-esteem, and trauma.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the help you need.
