Hello, my name is May Villarreal, LCSW-S(she/her), a Chicana, parent, Tia, and therapist. I have 10 years of experience working with youth and adults who have experienced trauma. My focus is to help individuals address and heal trauma, racial and generational trauma, relationship issues, grief, and low self-esteem, just to name a few.
My duty as a clinician is to provide a safe, non-judgement, welcoming space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. My therapeutic approach is culturally inclusive, collaborative and empowering. Treatment goals are client-led, tailored to meet your specific needs, and will be both realistic and feasibile to obtain.
