Instead of triaging emotions as they come, I specialize in creating an enduring relationship with your feelings that will help you throughout the inevitable peaks and valleys of life. I believe that building a foundation of awareness and self-compassion are important tools to building a better present and future. We'll work together to build resilience, find greater acceptance for ourselves and others, and turn toward challenges instead of away.

My clinical approach is rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a blend of styles to support a psychodynamic foundation. Primarily, I draw from DBT, ACT, IFS, and EMDR techniques to uncover emotions and foundational memories, recognize patterns, and encourage greater understanding of your core beliefs.
