As an intern at Closetless Mental Health Counseling PLLC, I work primarily with the LGBTQ+ community. I am also passionate about working with polyamorous folks, sex workers, and members of the kink community. I'm currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Northwestern University, and for 10 years prior, my career was focused on social justice communications. These experiences have led me to view the world from a feminist and decolonial lens, and I am building a person-centered, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approach to counseling.
At times, we may view ourselves as our own "frenemies", but by gaining greater awareness of our faults and our fabulosity we can take positive steps along our lifelong relationship with ourselves.
