Do you often ask, "why am I like this?" or "why did I do that?" Do you often feel regret, confusion, or shame within your relationships? Hello! My name is May, and I help people navigate and manage symptoms such as anxiety, depression, anger, relational conflicts, infidelity, and/or low self-esteem. When you are facing internal struggle about or within yourself, it's often that your relationships are impacted. I work with individuals and couples who want to better their relationship with themselves and with others. In doing so, you'll learn what impacts your wellbeing and how to take action in finding relief and fulfillment.

For those who may be stuck in a dissatisfying "cycle", I help with understanding the why behind the behaviors. We will explore how your past connects to your present to ultimately break out of the "cycle". Think of me as your second brain, a support system with knowledge of evidence-based practices/modalities, insight, and skills.

My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
