I am a licensed therapist who is skilled in helping people move through anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression can appear at any time in a person's life. Sometimes, it can feel like these feelings come out of nowhere, while at other times it may come from life transitions or trauma. My goal as your therapist is to partner with you and help you increase awareness and understanding of anxiety and depression as well as empower you with tools to manage these feelings, harnessing your own inner resiliency to navigate life's challenges.
I have over 5 years of experience as a clinical therapist and over 10 years as a social worker providing counseling for individuals and couples. I specialize in working with people 18+, Asian-Americans, and am LGBTQI+ friendly. I utilize different therapeutic approaches to tailor to you and your needs.
