I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with challenging life circumstances, relationship conflicts, parenting concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. I have successfully helped people manage their depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life/work stress.
I have worked in a broad array of environments including outpatient and inpatient programs, a community based family services program, and schools. My main orientations are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Structural Family Therapy.
