I am a licensed professional counselor with seven years of experience in the field. I specialize in working with clients who suffer from anxiety disorders and OCD. Other interests include working with clients with depression, addiction, and emotion regulation difficulties. I utilize a variety of empirically supported therapies and techniques to bring about change. This can include CBT, behavioral activation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, prolonged exposure, and ACT.
I treat a variety of clients, but I specialize in working with anxiety disorders and OCD. I also specialize in treating young adults struggling with various life transitions.
Clients can expect to feel heard and validated during sessions. Clients can expect to gain further insight into some of their different struggles and become better aware of their emotions in the present moment. I aim to help clients learn new coping skills to solve problems in their lives.
