About
Welcome! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with multiple subspecialties in anxiety, mindfulness, sports psychology, and addiction. If you're looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to process your concerns in a deep, thoughtful way; to challenge yourself and grow, but to also learn to provide yourself with self-compassion and understanding, then you've come to the right place. My aim is to provide depth of awareness coupled with pragmatic and tangible ways to make changes.
Throughout the process of my graduate work I developed an approach that is classically client-centered and which aims to truly bolster a client's inner strength, resolve, and independence. Those looking for strong support while they take control and command over their own autonomy will see progress through our work together.
My clients report feeling increases in awareness and self-understanding along with concurrent development in control and mastery. I believe it is important to challenge our own thinking, expand our concepts of self, break away from defunct behavior patterns, and rid ourselves of things in our lives that are no longer serving us.
