Whether you find yourself in life transition, impacted by personal or communal violence or other traumatic events, or otherwise feel frozen or stuck, therapy may support you in building awareness and skills to move through what you're facing. Play, existential, interpersonal therapy - all grounded in a trauma-informed approach - can help to address painful interpersonal cycles and the impacts of traumatic experiences at their root.
