We work with our soldiers, individuals, families, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, crisis, trauma, abuse, and relationship needs. Our approach is deep rooted in evidence-based practices integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the here and now and future stressors.

No one should be without counseling, if you have not meet your deductible or have no insurance allow us to provide free counseling through our Synergistic Body and Mind Trainee program. Master level clinical mental health students supervised by Dr. Wilborn.
