I specialize in providing telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults (up to the age of 35) who are living with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, grief/bereavement, sexual assault, and those facing stressors from life adjustments and transitions, and many more.
My approach combines various techniques that draw upon internal family system (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), polyvagal therapy, attachment-based, and mindfulness. My approach to individual therapy is eclectic and informed by the presented needs and allows space to be human with you and all that you are experiencing.
