Hello and welcome! You’re here because a part of you is ready for change. As a person centered therapist, my approach is to get to know you as a person and work collaboratively to take steps toward your therapeutic goals. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a victim advocate for survivors of interpersonal violence. This work deeply shaped who I am as a therapist and as a person. It highlighted the universal need to be heard and be met with compassion and empathy. I help clients by providing a non-judgmental space where we can process your hurts and successes together.
I prioritize meeting you where you are, encouraging autonomy, and working together so session time is spent focusing on what is important to you. I am passionate about creating a space that is collaborative and inclusive so you feel empowered in moving toward the life you want to live.

Hello and welcome! I am collecting an interest list for the next group cycle. During the 12 weeks of this group we will create a place of healing through community connection and personal empowerment. Using the evidence based treatment approach "Seeking Safety," we will discuss topics including: internal and external safety, coping with triggers, grounding practices, self-compassion, boundaries in relationships, and creating and maintaining commitment to yourself. A place to join, land, and process the impact of sexual trauma with other survivors while having support to explore struggles and celebrate wins.

Hello! This group is for anyone who relates to being an overthinker, has trouble relaxing, or feels like they need to "have it together all the time." In this 8 week group, half of each session will be dedicated to learning new ways of approaching anxiety and the other half will be dedicated to support from peers. Group therapy can lead to deeper understanding of the self and can help you feel less alone. If you are hoping to learn new coping skills and participate in a supportive community, please reach out to schedule a free consultation.
