I work with clients who seek to improve their quality of life and may be struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem challenges. My clients seek to nurture greater self-awareness and cultivate healthy coping strategies for navigating life’s stressors. We focus on identifying and addressing negative or self-limiting thought patterns to foster resilience, improve emotional regulation, and support personal growth. I believe every individual has the capacity to grow beyond stuck patterns, towards a thriving and more fulfilling life, and I utilize every tool at my disposal to help my clients get there.
I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. I compassionately support and validate my clients, while also encouraging them to take on the challenges in their life. I have considerable experience with mindfulness practices and believe in the power of creativity (writing, music, art) as a therapeutic tool.
