I am a diverse Licensed Professional Counselor with a wide range of experience in all sectors of therapy. I have worked alongside Child Protective Services and with individuals and families from diverse races, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, providing cultural sensitivity and quality, individualized care. My experience spans various age groups — from toddlers to seniors — and I specialize in working with couples, geriatrics, women ages 18-40, and minorities. I am well-versed in addressing anxiety, depression, life transition issues, family conflict, and self-worth.
I received my Master's in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I have experience in private practice, agency settings, and state hospitals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, & person-centered therapy, tailoring my approach to each client.
