Welcome! My passion as a therapist is rooted in helping others recognize and fulfill their potential, while navigating life’s inevitable challenges. I view going to therapy as a chance to be “selfish” in a world where we are often consumed with fulfilling obligations outside of ourselves. Therapy is an opportunity for clients to invest in themselves, take time to process their feelings, and reflect upon events in their lives. My approach as a therapist leans heavily on evidence based practices, and is tailored towards the individual needs of each client.
I am eager to work with clients from many different walks of life, but the majority of my experience to this point has come from working with teenagers and adults. Adolescence and adulthood can be marked with uncertainty, significant life transitions, and frequent changes in interpersonal relationships.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety relationship issues, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. In addition, I am Level 1 Gottman Certified for couples. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is critical for the client to experience the best outcomes. I take that relationship very seriously. Let's chat!
