I work with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t break, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about their next step. My approach is collaborative, direct, and tailored to the individual. I help clients build insight, strengthen relationships, navigate emotions more effectively, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable in everyday life. In addition to my private practice, I run a Morning Virtual Adult Mental Health IOP and co-facilitate an Adolescent IOP at ETHOS Treatment.
I use a collaborative approach that balances support with honest reflection and challenge. I meet people where they are while helping them identify patterns, increase self-awareness, and move toward greater clarity and direction.
My work is influenced by parts work and the belief that many emotional reactions and behaviors develop for a reason, even when they no longer serve us. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and make choices that align with the life they want to build.
