11/4/25: A few spots open! Particularly daytime! ... Many people struggle with feeling disempowered, whether at work, home, or in living with disability or addiction. It is so hard to build momentum towards change when there is no foundation to build on. I believe in working together to catalyze change, growth, and acceptance. We will work together to implement adaptive change via an empowerment model. The focus of the work is first on building a working relationship and trust, then on collaborative goal setting.
I hone in on my clients’ inherent strengths while we build rapport together. This foundation is critical. I do incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches. I focus on adults living with serious illness, older adults, and their families. Everyone deserves the opportunity to heal.
