I enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating identity formation, life transitions, relationship dynamics, themes surrounding sex and intimacy, and the ongoing process of becoming more fully themselves. I am sex-positive and kink-affirming, and I welcome conversations around intimacy, desire, and relationships in all their complexity.
My approach to therapy is rooted in Humanistic and Narrative therapies, among many other liberatory frameworks. I am attentive to how culture, power, and identity shape personal stories.
