My therapy style blends humor and warmth with deep, meaningful work—sometimes cracking up while introducing our pets over Zoom can be just as healing as processing deep-rooted childhood trauma.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, ADHD, anxiety, autism, trauma, and self-esteem. As a queer/non-binary/neurodivergent therapist, I use a unique mix of lived experience and professional training. My person-centered approach blends mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic awareness to help clients connect more deeply with themselves.
