I practice creating a therapeutic space where we can both embrace the present moment and embark on a journey of self-discovery. I believe that therapy is a long-term process that unfolds over time, leading to ever-expanding self-awareness and fulfillment. We are building this space together, and I use humanistic, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches to help guide that process (Tweed jacket sold separately).
I currently specialize in neurodivergence, Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), OCD, and couples counseling. I welcome folks of all different bodies, abilities, genders, ethnicities, races, and backgrounds.
Let's build a solid foundation and a deep insightful practice. Please get in touch to see if we work well together!
