Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an emerging, evidence-informed treatment that can open access to deeper layers of self-understanding, resilience, and relief, particularly for people navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and other conditions that have been resistant to conventional treatment.
Our KAP program integrates ketamine’s therapeutic effects with somatic modalities including Somatic Experiencing, grounded in a foundation of trust, safety, and relational attunement. We offer individual and group KAP, and collaborate with each client’s existing providers whenever possible to ensure continuity of care.
Every KAP experience at MPG is structured around three phases: preparation, dosing, and integration. Preparation sessions build the internal resources and relational safety needed for effective ketamine-assisted work. Integration sessions help consolidate insights and translate them into lasting change.
