I'm AuDHD, queer, and non-binary and looking to work with folx at the Auti x trans/genderqueer intersection. I work with Autism as a neurotype and neuroculture, not a disorder, and genderqueer/trans folx are more likely to be Autistic and be unrecognised. I'm here to support you in unmasking, understanding how your brain-body works, how trauma may intersect with your neurodivergence. I work in the liminal space of decolonising western therapy; of working within a colonial system and doing decolonial work. Therapy with me is kinda like if Eda from Owl House was a therapist.
I use my lived experience, clinical experience, and research to provide neurodiversity affirming therapies that don't focus on conformity and compliance, but rather embolden you to step into your power and shine. My specialty is recognising the ways internalised colonialism shows up in our relationships and supporting you in unpacking that.
Despair is when we have lost our tether in grief. We must be grounded in our grief, otherwise we get lost to fear and despair. And the coloniser wins. Fascism wins. My objective is to support you in holding steady in your consciousness, feel your grief, and choose hope...and through that process build community. Because community is essential for healing.
