With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I help adults work through trauma using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy. My goal is to use these methods in order for you to reduce distress, change painful beliefs, and help your nervous system move out of survival mode.
