My approach is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy helping clients identify and challenge the inconsistencies between their thoughts and behaviors that negatively affect their personal and professional lives. In addition to individual therapy, I provide parent coaching informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills for children and adolescents.
I am also a trained Parent Coordinator, allowing me to assist families navigating high-conflict dynamics and co-parenting challenges.
