About
I strongly encourage clients to address urgent symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and drug/alcohol dependence, I offer psychoeducation and methods for altering oppressive behavioral and thinking patterns. I have spent my career supporting Adolescent boys and Adult Men who struggle with anger management and poor impulse control.
My therapeutic approach is flexible and with a strong emphasis on authenticity. Building on this foundation, I specialize in offering clients a diverse, frameworks for making meaning from their experiences and changing outdated negative view points.
I have a cognitive- behavioral focus, which helps identify the inconsistencies between thoughts and actions that are having a negative effect on your life. I will assist you in identifying any obstacles that are preventing you from achieving your goals, whether they are personal or professional.
