Summer time vibes. Someitmes the Summer brings out the best in us, and other times the worst. Imagine finding a dope therapist, that has the support of other dope therapists supporting them as they are supporting you. Me, myself, persoanlly, I believe goodness of fit reigns supreme. I mean, how many unrelatable messengers have a great message that we miss due to the packaging? Finding a good therapist is like finding a good hair stylist or barber. Not everyone is a good fit so shopping around is important.
Being able to build rapport is foundational to the framework of therapy. What I’ve learned through my journey is that people look forward to having a therapist that they feel wants to see the best in them, and for them. I specialize in bringing awareness to barriers, developing healthy strategies to combat those barriers, and increasing emotional acuity.
Not acknowledging that you need assistance is comparable to insanity! Being aware of who you are and where you are in life are fundamental in developing a plan for success.
