I will draw from various modalities- AEDP, IFS, DBT, CBT, and others. I also am launching a new type of therapy in 2025 which will involve co- running as a way to confront psychological obstacles.
I have extensive experience in both psychology and education. With adults I find that the AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) as well as IFS (Internal Family Systems) Models show effectiveness. For children and teens I draw from CBT, DBT and play therapy. Attachment Based Family Therapy is helpful in improving parent-teen relationships.

Personal Growth Group for Transgender Females
A virtual personal growth group specifically for clients who are navigating the process of feminine identity expression and exploration, particularly those who are AMAB (assigned male at birth). Identity exploration can bring a mix of emotions—joy, grief, hesitation, freedom, and sometimes doubt. I believe there can be great value in coming together with others who are experiencing similar journeys. Sharing different perspectives and experiences can be empowering and healing. I view my work as creating healing through connection. While our human experiences share some universal themes, each journey is also deeply personal and unique.
