I specialize in supporting individuals in the perinatal period—whether you're navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, or pregnancy loss. I hold an advanced certification as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (PMH-C) and bring a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that can arise during this time.
I also work with people who are healing from trauma, whether it's rooted in early attachment childhood experiences, a specific event, or ongoing stress. Trauma can live in the body and affect how we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we can work to understand these patterns, support nervous system regulation, and gently move toward healing.
With over 15 years of experience, I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental, whole-person approach to our work. I'm trained in several evidence-based therapy models, including EMDR, ART, DBT, CBT and ACT.
