My approach to therapy is unique and focused on your goals. I believe in the power of positivity and remain strength based in my approach and interventions. I use a combination of EMDR, solution focused and structural theoretical approaches to help your reach your goals.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am trained to work with individuals, couples and families. I have many years of experience working with complicated family histories, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship (peer, intimate and family) dynamics and other struggles. I am trained in EMDR and other attachment based approaches.
