I am an attachment trained therapist and certified in EMDR. My specialty is in treating relational trauma and PTSD. I integrate IFS and somatic work with a trauma informed lens. I offer extended sessions and intensives as an efficient and powerful approach to healing trauma and mood issues. I am licensed in VA & NC.
