Welcome to my practice! I’m Maureen. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, particularly as these challenges relate to cultural identity, self-esteem, and perfectionism. I also support clients with related concerns, including disordered eating patterns, obesity and weight struggles, adoption-related experiences, medical anxiety and treatment burnout, life transitions, relationship stress and trauma. My approach is grounded in taking a holistic and/or nutrition-informed approach that recognizes the connection between mental and physical well-being.
