For those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief or relationship issues, it is often difficult to find balance and peace. We may at times be unable to find that balance on our own and choose to reach out for support. I see that reaching out as both courageous and healthy. I believe successful therapy is based on a strong relationship between a therapist and a client. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a certified Gestalt Therapist with 30 years of experience. I work with adults in individual and couples therapy.
I like to help clients feel more grounded in the present moment. With a growing awareness of self, and how we interact with the world around us, we find balance and health. We all have blind spots that interfere with our well-being. We will work together to bring what is unaware into awareness – and with awareness comes health.
