Overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, or the effects of trauma? I understand how scary it is when anxiety takes over. I've been helping clients with these concerns for decades and have lived experience. I know it can be hard to get the right diagnosis and find effective treatment. I am so passionate about helping people with these issues I have made it my life's work and mission to specialize in OCD and all anxiety disorders, including phobias. I have extensive experience with all sub-types of OCD, panic attacks, Agoraphobia, Emetophobia and Aerophobia.
Because OCD and anxiety often develop in response to trauma I take time to carefully diagnose and provide personalized therapy for trauma, if needed. While anxiety can take over the good news is that with consistent and effective therapy healing is possible. Through Best Self Therapy & Wellness, I help my clients not just cope but heal and thrive.
The therapies I draw from help clients find peace (ACT & mindfulness skills) and over time break out of their anxiety patterns and return to their normal life: PE (Prolonged Exposure therapy for trauma), CBT/S-ERP (for OCD, phobias).
