I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Purpose and meaning unfold uniquely for each person. I work with women and men ages 20+, navigating life transitions and stepping fully into their own power. During these tumultuous times, many are experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, shifting beliefs or identity, grief and loss, feeling stuck, or the physical and emotional changes of peri-menopause/menopause. I also support men through meaningful life passages. My eclectic approach integrates evidence-based practices, existential and conversational talk therapy, spiritual connection, and experiential art therapy.
In recognizing the immense potential we have to grow, heal and create, I offer a nurturing and secure environment for deep self-reflection, the exploration of individuals' worldview, strengths, and existential needs, alongside an evaluation of cognitive flexibility - ultimately creating room for transformation through person-centered therapy.
