We all only get one shot at life and for the past 25 years I have worked with youth and adults to help them make their shot the best it can be. I have enjoyed working with people from a variety of backgrounds, ages 11 and older and serving adults. If you have experienced trauma as an adult or child, this is one of my areas of expertise. If you suffer with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, managing your anger or are experiencing a major life change then my skill set may be a good match for your needs. If you are looking for short term therapy or require a longer-term intervention, I provide both.
I offer a strengths-based approach to working with youth and adults. Specialties include being trauma focused, trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy. I provide a non-judgmental environment to work together to achieve your goals.
