As a client-centered therapist, I focus on supporting people who are ready to explore how to heal old wounds and make changes that will allow them to live more contently in the present. Many of the people I see struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and/or relationship issues.
I ask clients to enter their present experience while in session so we can learn more about what is/is not working for them, and together navigate the changes they want to make. We do this by checking in with the somatic experience as well as the stories by which they define themselves.

This is an in-person offering for clinicians to gather and support each other in professional growth. The group meets twice a month for 90 minutes and has room for 6 to 8 clinicians.
