My approach In my practice, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual needs of my clients. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on teaching skills to manage emotions and improve relationships.
My focus Working with a diverse range of family structures, such as biological, foster, and adoptive families, along with individuals and couples, presents a unique opportunity to address a variety of therapeutic needs.
