Welcome! I am a dedicated therapist committed to providing compassionate and individualized care for children, teens, families, and adults. In my practice, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual needs of my clients. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on teaching skills to manage emotions and improve relationships.
My motivation to engage in therapeutic work stems from a deep-seated passion for understanding the intricacies of human behavior and relationships. Fueled by a combination of personal life experiences and a strong desire to facilitate personal growth in others.
