I specialize working with older adults (50+) and their unique constellation of challenges, including health problems, managing chronic disease, and late life anxiety and depression.

I also specialize working with survivors of abuse and trauma who experience depression, anxiety or PTSD. My therapeutic approach is based on an integrative orientation grounded in evidence-based therapies, with specialized training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions.
