I enjoy working with adults, seniors, and youth over age 10. I use strength-based practices including EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Narrative Therapy, and CBT. My areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Stress, Grief, Mindfulness, Workplace issues, Pain and illness, Caregiving, Navigating life changes, Navigating as an introvert, Finding your unique contribution to the world, and Trauma. We go at your pace and use techniques that fit for you.
I believe that people are remarkably resilient, have the seeds of healing within them, and have the capacity to learn, grow, and make meaning of their situations. It is my honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your challenges and find meaning in your experiences. My office is centrally located with free street parking.
I offer free phone consultations. You can schedule on my website or call if you don't see a time that works. If you're covered by insurance not listed here, they may cover sessions with me as an out-of-network provider. I'm happy to provide paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement.
