Clients: I enjoy working with adults, seniors, youth over 10, and therapists. I use strength-based practices including EMDR (I am a certified EMDR therapist), Lifespan Integration, Narrative Therapy, and CBT. My areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Stress, Grief, Mindfulness, Workplace issues, Pain and illness, Caregiving, Navigating life changes, Navigating as an introvert, Finding your unique contribution to the world, and Trauma. We go at your pace and use techniques that fit for you. It is my honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your challenges and find meaning in your experiences. I am licensed in WA and ID.

Clinical Supervision & EMDR Consultation: I am a WA State approved supervisor for associates who want to start their own private practice. This includes business coaching & billing under my insurance contracts until you are fully licensed. I also provide EMDR consultation for certification. Potential supervisees may contact me even if it states I am full.

I offer weekly therapy or adjunct EMDR intensives for people who have a therapist, but want to work faster/deeper. I offer free phone consultations. You can schedule on my website or call if you don't see a time that works. Check out my website for some free tips (see resources page).
